Traditionally yoga is a self-guided home practice. Often students feel intimidated to come to the studio or get their own self-guided practice started. Working one on one provides the container to:

  • Go deeper into the yoga practice; refining asana, meditation, pranayama, etc.
  • Create your own practice for your body and it's specific needs instead of a generic practice.
  • Private sessions are an ideal situation for anyone with injury, a beginner or an advanced yogi who craves to go deeper into the philosophy and refine alignment.
  • Privates are also an opportunity to work with stress, anxiety, trauma etc. I use my background as a somatic therapist to provide my students with an added layer of knowledge and self-generated resource.
