I have a private psychotherapy practice under the supervision of Lucy Garcia, MFC  in the heart of Noe Valley. I work with children, couples, families and individuals all from diverse backgrounds.

With a background in dance and movement for over 20 years, I have journeyed from performance, expression and healing to somatic psychotherapy and other expressive modalities.

I offer a space where you can explore both your joys and your challenges in life.  I am here to support you in discovering what you need and want and how that gets exercised or inhibited in relationships. This is a path towards wholeness. i do not see people as coming from cookie cutter shapes, we are each individual and I make sure that the individual comes first, the process is flexible to honor you.

I obtained my M.A in Counseling from the California Institute for Integral Studies. Having lived in various cultures, I bring a deep respect and curiosity for difference to my work.
